What method of payment do you accept?

We now accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or personal checks. We also accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Spending Account (HSA) debit cards.

What is the fee for a session?

The fee is $100.00, whether you come for a Swedish massage to relax and rejuvenate, a slow, deep tissue treatment to ease pain or an energy healing. Each session is specialized according to the needs of the client and the duration is approximately 90 minutes to assure quality care.

Please allow a few extra minutes when scheduling your day to include a short consultation. On your first visit, it is recommended that you arrive a little early to fill out initial intake forms.

Treatments that are medically prescribed by your physician are billed in units of time and follow the “usual and customary” medical fee schedule for manual therapy and massage techniques. Please phone my office for more information if you have a prescription from your doctor to treat your medical condition.

Will my insurance company reimburse me for massage treatments?

If you present a prescription from your physician to treat a diagnosed medical condition, your insurance company may reimburse you for part of or all of the treatment costs. Please check your insurance policy for benefits that may cover massage therapy.

Do you treat medical conditions arising from a motor vehicle accident?

Yes. Therapeutic massage may be beneficial in the treatment of headache pain, cervical whiplash, muscle strains, TMJ disorder, back pain and stress due to a motor vehicle accident.

How long does a treatment last?

Please allow approximately one hour and thirty minutes for your treatment plus additional time for a short consultation. It is recommended that you arrive a few minutes early if it is your first treatment to allow time for filling out initial intake forms.

Do I have to undress for a massage treatment?

No, it is not necessary to undress for a massage treatment; however, it is recommended. Your comfort and privacy are of primary importance in the massage session. You will be draped appropriately with sheets at all times.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Treatments are by appointment only.

Can I purchase gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates are always available.
